At the outset the organisation started in a small room of Mr K.B PANDA,one of the pioneers and founder members .The unity and integraty. goal oriented stimulation and enthusiam of aspirants organisers was very much communendable and had shown sign of a colourful future.
The scope of activities of "LOKANAYAK CLUB" shall be worked out for in or out side orissa state.Any unit of activities can be sub-titled under the base organisation i.e " LOKANAYAK CLUB"
Area of operation : The state of orissa will be the area of operation but it may be extended to other states when necessity so demands.

Conducting classes on carrier guidance and counseling for 10th, Inter and degree students to get better output, To organize various Social Awareness programs. Better development of our area. Creating awareness about various Government Welfare Schemes, To serve the orphans and the old age people.
